I was referred to Mark from Peet Roofing by a contractor that a family member was using at the time. I had a rental property in Winter Springs that had a leaky roof and deterioration. I couldn't be happier with his services. He was patient, kind and professional in answering all my questions, reasonably priced and even went out of his way to accommodate my needs. He came to my place of business in downtown Orlando for me to sign the paperwork and then came back after the work was completed to collect the payment and provide me all of the warranty paperwork. The roof looks great. And he was able to save my current gutters, which others told me they would have to be replaced saving me $1,000. I would definitely refer anyone needing roofing services to Mark at Peet Roofing (Andrew Peet, Inc.).
