Replaced the patio doors which was an issue for several of us at the time. Original builder did not install them correctly.
PELLA gave us a great quote, custom made the door, installed and cleaned up in a few hours - easiest project ever!! My husband painted the inside trim that afternoon.
We were on a time crunch before we left to live in Germany so I was stressed until I found them to oversee the project for us. The other companies we called gave us a "can't do" attitude. PELLA was great. There were several of us during this replacement so they did cut us a special price.
