We looked at this home during the summer while it was being built. Very impressed with the quality of workmanship. Having been in the home 6 weeks now, we are finding that the fixtures and hardware are of low quality. Ceiling fans are noisy on low and cannot be on while trying to sleep. Replaced 2 door knobs when the latches stuck inside the door. Biggest problem was when it started raining and a sink hole opened up around the septic tank. I was afraid the tank collapsed. From what I could see the tank looked OK, so It apparently was not back filled properly.

Amazing Hard working people! They cut no corners on their building. The owner is very nice and easy to get in touch with. Overall very happy with my home and the experience as a whole.
