Before I had to deal with mold, I had NO idea of the work, worry, and pure sweat that goes into making a home livable again. Penco Restoration was recommended by our insurance company, which from the start made me feel confident in them. A team was sent to our home to assess the damage and to create a plan of action. Moldy furniture and clothes were removed (very efficiently and carefully) to make room for the mold demolition. The men that came in to tear out the mold were strong, and extremely hard working. From the time they arrived in the mornings until they had to leave each afternoon, they worked, and they worked HARD. The floor coverings were taken up, the dry wall was torn down, and the exposed surfaces were then covered with mold killing material. Any place that mold could hide was exposed and cleaned. I was very impressed with their thorough attitude toward taking care of my home and health. C.J., Ed, Curtis, and Gabriel gave me the security of knowing that I would actually be able to live in my house again. I feel very fortunate to get such a conscientious crew that put their customers above all else. I will gladly recommend this crew and this company to friends, family, and the public in general. Thank you for being there for us!
