in. We needed to get the system in because we were making the house into a short term rental. Paul suggested an energy efficient air source heat pump. Same price mind you. My wife was staying at the property while I had to work back home in Washington State.
Anyway, the heat pump Paul installed was almost the least efficient available and it is loud. He also charged more for extra work he said needed to be done. This after he did a thorough examination of our house on his initial inspection. Our propane bill was almost the same as the previous winter and after a few months we discovered the A/C had issues. We had to spend a significant amount more to have another company come out and correct some damper issues. We tried to contact Paul several times to fix the issues and never got a response. We will have to replace the new heat pump if we want to cut our gas bill.
I do not recommend using his services whatsoever!
