Owner
Todd Osburn walked off without completing the job. He was rarely on site and his workers complained that he wasn't there to give them direction. His mistakes included incorrectly installing a toilet and master bath floor tile, damaging furniture, not ordering cabinets and ordering the wrong accessories over, and over, and over again. He had to rip out the floor tile and reinstall and reinstall the toilet among so many other things. The job was an absolute disaster. I am currently in the process of suing Todd Osburn and Peninsula Repair and Remodeling for breach of contract and damages.
Stay away from this guy. Talks a good game but doesn't deliver.
