Tom Deyarmin cut my floor joist to install a drain, instead of moving the drain 3 inches. Now I have to worry about my house caving in.

I am so very disappointed on the quality of work that Tom did on several projects in my home and garage. I needed a bathroom installed in my dining room to bring my husband home for the hospital after suffering a severe stroke. He didn't plumb the wall to install the shower, he cut the floor joice to install the drain, my floor sags, so the shower surround didn't snap together and there's a huge gap. He didn't clean the paneling before installing it and now I have dust particles in the white caulking around the top of the shower surround. He didn't anchor the wall he built, he didn't finish the wall just left the 2 x 4s. the list goes on. He put a peaked roof my my detached garage, didn't measure correctly and there's a gap at the peak and on the corner of the garage. He put it on top of the existing flat roof (as directed) but didn't inspect the wood that's rotted through. Last but not least the remodeling job he did on my 2nd floor bathroom. He didn't inspect his work and the shower head pipe was not tightened and it leaked and ruined my ceiling and one wall in my downstairs front room. He took total advantage of us in our hour of need. This has been a horrible expensive experience for me and my handicapped husband. I have to hire another contractor to fix his mess.

I had to give 1 star but I would say 1 star is being too nice. This guy is a total hack. He installed windows, doors and a new bathroom. ABsolutely destroyed my house. The windows were not properly installed, I paid him on April 25 and on July 1 he finally came back to put the flashing on the outside of the windows. Moisture/water damage to the interior walls under the window sills. Every wall around the window is damaged. The shower leaked after a few weeks resulting in him cutting a 3.5' x 3.5' hole in my dining room ceiling. The bathroom looks like a DIY project completed by teenagers who are blind. He chipped our tile floor, the shower head still leaks, the tile is uneven, the grout is two different colors and slopped on in various places. The shower pan is too shallow for the space. The vanity is not sized properly, we are unable to open the door, the sink hangs too much over which exposes the inside of the sink. The sink has paint and has been discolored by them using our sink to dump chemicals down. They put a hole in the wall in my sons when installing the shelf in the shower and didn't even tell me I had to bring it to their attention. Caulk was slopped onto our carpet. Wore dirty shoes in the house. When Tom the owner came to try to fix our long list of issues, he became argumentative and rude. Said to my bf that I'm like his wife, never satisfied. The list goes on and on. I do NOT Recommend this company for any type of home improvement. Completely unprofessional and rude. I have pictures if necessary
