This contractor is one of those who abandons projects, runs away with people's money and leaves family a mess. Here is the list of issues with the contractor
1) Currently has a Civil law suit of $200000 against him and his company for abandoning the project and causing damages. this can be verified on NJ online court cases

We had Phil do a large addition to our house. He and his team were so helpful and reliable throughout the entire process. Everything was clearly outlined and all of our options were given and explained to us. I would highly recommend. I did a lot of research prior to bringing on Perrotta Built Homes for our project and reasonably had reservations after the other review on this site. I was unable to verify any of the accusations stated so we proceeded with caution and chose to listen to word of mouth from friends. Thank god we did! Thank you Phil!
