Very friendly guy! Came to fix what 3 other visits from the warranty company couldn't manage to do right. Stayed until everything looked good too. Nice family man and cares about the houses he works on and the people in them. Very good work ethic - he doesn't advertise and has stayed very busy for 30 years, so obviously he knows what he is doing, leaving feedback since I lost his card and was trying to find his number, since once again the warranty company can't fix my problem, so we're calling in good 'ol Dave!!
