We used Peter Davis Builders for a whole house remodel. The company is responsive initially, and flexible with finish selections. Estimates, contract and demo all happened in a timely manner, however from that point on it was delay after delay after delay. Our project was done in two phases, first phase was estimated to take 3 months and took 5, the second phase was estimated at 2 months and took 5. We had two different project managers: Casey and Bruce and both were poor in my opinion. PDB subs create delays, and needed to return to fix errors. Nearly every sub, needed to return to fix plumbing leaks (numerous times - I had a faucet leaking for at minimum of 5 months), remove tile from over vents and attempt to repair dry wall (still looks like crap in multiple places - I just gave up). Outlets were covered by cabinets, lighting fixtures were not moved as instructed and insulation was not installed properly just to name a few problems. PMs are spread too thin and are not available to supervise the subs. This home owner needed to point out significant mistakes and request fixes. The company did fix some items, but drywall, paint and cheap doors and trim were not corrected. Many short cuts were taken in finish work... I was disappointed. If I were to assign a grade, I would give this company a D, for delays, rework and I still have a less than ideal finish in drywall and paint. I will not recommend them.
