Bought Triple pane windows that they pitched. They leak cold air and a high amount of the sashes had to be replaced due to faulty seals. Peter L Brown gave a lifetime guarantee on the windows. The manufacturer went belly up. Brown eventually did not honor their guarantee, even though they could supply the glass to repair the windows. The guarantee was from Brown, not the manufacturer. Now I need 6 windiest replaced including 2 large picture windows. I will never deal with them again. The product the 6 sold me was crap.
