    this developer talks a good game but when it comes down to it he is horrible! we are very disappointed with his unprofessional behavior in the lack of keeping with schedules, not answering calls or text messages, saying work will get done to fix things and he avoids it 4 years later. this list goes on and on and on. don't use his company! literally dont have the time to explain 4 years worth of constant issues with him not to mention our 2 neighbors hate him as well and had similar issues with him. all the sub contractors who worked for him complain of him not paying them as well! even got a lean on our home because of a bill he didn't pay attached to our place!
