    The work when finally showed up was efficient and high quality work at a good price (exactly as quoted, same day completed work). Very happy with the work (I would give the work a 5 out of 5), but getting the work scheduled (took 8 months) and then trying to get a waiver of lien (no reply, no waiver provided) to apply for available village grant funds after at least 15 followups I give a 0 out of 5. I cannot recommend Ng for this reason.
