Working with John went well for the first half of the project. He seemed to go the extra mile to find siding in the color we wanted and provided lots of shingle options. As the project went on, he tried to keep the cash portion of our insurance settlement and I had to send him a photo of our contract where he had hand written that we were due cash for interior repairs. The gutters that were installed have slowly slid down and now we have continuous dripping damaging our deck and water backups that will damage our new roof. We politely requested that this get repaired for at least 9 months, getting ignored or put off every time. Now I’m looking at $400+ repair bills. We signed a contract that said he guaranteed 15 years on workmanship, which he is not honoring.
