I would absolutely recommend Mr. Phil Searle to perform roof repairs. He was very thorough. He and his team showed me pictures of where the problem was located, the repairs, and provided me with a cost estimate. He sent me pictures of the work in progress from start to finish. His team was very friendly, covered my water feature to prevent dirt and debris from falling into it. Cleaned-up after he completed the repairs. My brother and sister also had Mr. Searle perform repairs for them, and they were very happy with his repairs. His price was competitive as well. He provided a free of cost evaluation of the repair work that was needed.
