    Terrible Jesse Tunales is the name of the contractor who claimed his company is called On the Rock Construction.
    Hear the name Jesse Tunales and run as fast as your legs can.

    He took 75% of the money with threats that he will leave the job if I don't pay 75% in the first 10 days itself. And all he has done was dug up the floor mess up the bedroom and left. 2.5 years and the work is still unfinished. He doesn't answer calls, texts emails vague stuff like I will tell you later. Back peddles on everything he says he will do. Dishonest. Everything is crooked. Says he forgot his leveller and laughs. Left the work area stinking don't know if he messed up the bath plumbing. Horrid stay away from Jesse Tunales. License No 788150 California.
