Terrible communication. After the first meeting at our house, everything slowed to a crawl. Insurance agent actually complained to me that they weren't returning their calls. We were never shown an estimate. We were never asked to discuss scope of work, materials, schedule, etc. I've called and left messages with their office for three days now and nobody returns my calls. I still have no idea what the plan is to fix our flooded basement. Save yourself the aggravation and try someone else.
