This company is a rip off!!
The heat didn't work and the unit wouldn't come on so this company was called to fix the problem. When they got there after being there for 2 hours they gave us an estimate of $2400 and said the handler needed to be replaced. We called another company for a second opinion and they replaced the fan for $300 plus labor. Joe is the tech who came out for the estimate. I guess he didn't have enough work to do so he tried to create more work at our expense. Don't use this company!!!

This company was a referral and we’ve had 3 positive experiences to date. Most recently, I had a tech come out and perform an energy check where he quickly discovered a slit in our vent and repaired immediately. Prior to this our ac froze on a Saturday night... as new owners to this home we weren’t confident in what to do and worried about after-hours weekend charges... I text Steve for assistance (owner) and he called me back and walked me through how to unfreeze the system. Our first experience was a VERY reasonably priced job requested by our flood insurance to life our ac handler ... in all three of these varied experiences, the technicians at Pinellas Heating and Air were extremely timely, courteous, well priced, and did a job well done. In an era of terrible customer service experiences, I felt this positive review necessary because they really have made this lane of service/repair work an easy choice.
