Pinnacle Design Development Inc. built a new home on the empty lot next to mine. Water from the construction site bypassed the silt fence both over top and underneath when it would rain causing major erosion and property damage. The owner of the company verbally promised to repair the damage once construction was complete. After months of waiting, and several conversations with the owner he finally set up a period to come and repair my yard. He never showed. My property damage is a direct result of the construction and they should be held liable.
