    I agree, run far away. I did business with him previously and the 2nd time he did not complete project outside of dropping a dumpster in front of house and small demo.

    I signed a contract with Philip Burns to remodel my business and he took the deposit and never completed a single task. Run away from this guy. He is not professional at all. He does not respond to email nor return phone calls. This guy should never be allowed to advertise on any site. check some of the reviews I found on this contractor
