When spacing anchors along the west wall we stick to 6’ spacing between anchors and 2-3’ from corners. each anchor gets driven out into the backyard 9-12’ (unless noted w extensions) to lock the wall in place. once installed plates and bolts are tightened to secure them permanently stabilizing the wall

I can’t overstate how professional and kind the folks are at Pinnacle. They did an incredible job with our carbon ties, vapor barrier and a skim coat to get the foundation of our home back to a stable place. They also were incredibly flexible with the timeline, considering the fact that I was pregnant and couldn’t be exposed to the VOCs. If that wasn’t enough, they also were helpful with financing options.
HIRE THEM! You won’t regret it.
