I have worked extensively with Pinner Associates in my capacity as a commercial real estate broker. They are competent and efficient. The experience at my residence was complicated as they really are commercial architects and they are based on Long Island. They did the work for me as a kind of personal favor and I don't think they enjoyed the experience. I would not suggest them for residential projects in Brooklyn.
