This guy will talk a good game, bill like a professional, and then spill a bucket of paint in your driveway and not clean it up, caulk a new window with construction adhesive, leave your electrical work half-assed, paint your walls the wrong color, and then look you in the eye as if he had done a good job. There are a lot of really bad actors in the construction/home repair/remodel business . . . . . and this guy learned from (or maybe taught) the best (careful how you interpret that term) of them.
