Mr Pitts put on a good front, constantly talking about his church. Don't believe a word he says. I am disabled and couldn't inspect the work done, except from the ground. He told me my gutters were fine and didn't need to be replaced, they had holes big enough to put your finger in and of course he didn't replace the drip edge until I pointed out the our contract stated it was to be replaced. He also told me that out chimney was fine but the siding is falling off and the caps need to be replaced. There is also a big gap where it meets the roof that should have been sealed with metal under the shingles and attached to the siding of the chimney. It can only be seen from the roof. Now we have a big water leak! Mr Pitts never mentioned it! The work was done the end on 11/17 and we are still waiting for him to clean up and provide us with a warranty.
Do not trust this man.
