    Thank you Mr. Becker for sharing your comments. It is not fully understood why an employee of mine would just start yelling obscenities for no reason whatsoever! It is to our understanding that our driver was trying to reverse one of our vehicles in the parking lot of 6767 W. Tropicana, where it was observed that you were demonstrating exigent driving behavior in the parking lot. Upon the driver noticing this behavior he has stated that he bumped his horn one time and at this point no words whatsoever were exchanged. It was until you walked through your door of your office that my employee recognized that you were looking at him as if you had something to say. My employee then said some words to you that were definitely unprofessional for the environment in which all this took place.My employee says that he tried to apologize only to have you reject that apology. We have settled the situation internally and would like to move on from this incident that took place. This incident had NOTHING to do with the performance, efficiency, and/or safety of our client nor our crew members. We are kindly asking you to stop posting reviews that make our [prospect, current, & returning] clients' see our organization in a negative light. Thank you in advance for your "PROFESSIONAL" cooperation.
