PKM Construction Pawel Paletko was hired to work at my house. It was an existing sunroom which I needed redone and a bathroom added. He charged me close to 80K which was suppose to include my entire house being sided. He wanted to get paid for every single thing he did up front. I gave him 10k for the siding and he cashed the check and now is not answering my calls and never finished the job nor gave me the material or my money back. I have contacted him several times with no reply. I have sent a certified letter and now am notifying the State of NJ Licensing Board. Do not hire this company as they will take advantage of you and rob you of your money.

Do not hire this man under any circumstances. As soon as he gets too many clients, he will start missing his appointment dates and shortcutting his commitments and making excuses right and left. Aldo he does not bother to look up standard codes and as a result, his work is substandard. This was through both for the basement he remodeled, and the deck which he did shortly afterwards. I am now in a position of having to pay thousands of dollars for people to replace him because he suddenly quit just as I started pressing him to live up to his commitments. When I did he started blaming me for his own shortcomings and suddenly quit This is a breach of contract. I feel completely used and cheated. Do not work with this man under any circumstances.
