In my experience with Brian Flynn, I have found him to be rude, aggressive, and incompetent. He confirmed an appointment with me and then did not show up or even call me to cancel the appointment. Instead, he made an excuse that he "ran out of materials", screamed/yelled at me, and then rudely hung up on me. I will tell all of my friends, family, and coworkers about this awful treatment from Brian Flynn of Plumb TERRIBLE.
