We had a toilet from the 50s finally give out on us. Turns out the bolts needed to be hacked off and whoever redid the bathroom apparently did a messy job grouting. But Octavio wasn't phased. He was super pleasant, professional, was early for the job, cleaned up before he left, and was simply awesome. Thank you so much for the help guys!
