I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. As part of a real estate sale contract, this company was brought out to service AC units in my condo. Apparently, the service technicians here are incapable of looking at an appliance and noticing potential issues. Part of the AC unit was being supported with duct tape and the service technician never mentioned anything. Because nothing was mentioned, no action could be taken. As a result of the compromised structural integrity, the unit eventually failed and resulted in a flood. But, because the duct tape worked just long enough, PM Contracting is denying responsibility. If you are an expert in the HVAC field and know what to look for, use this company. Anyone else is just going to be stuck with a company who kicks the can down the road and doesn't stand behind the work of their employees.
