The owners were great and nice to work with. They were very informative and responded timely to all my questions and inquiries. The tile guy was amazing. My tile looks great! All the guys that resurfaced my pool and stained my deck were very courteous, friendly, efficient and experienced. They knew what they were doing and did an excellent job on my pool. It looks awesome. They even offer someone to come out 3 times a week for the first 30 days to brush the pool & make sure all the chemicals are balanced accordingly for a very reasonable fee. I would highly recommend The Pool Doctor for all your pool/lanai work!

I am a retired CPA who has dealt with business issues my entire adult life. After 25 years our pool surface, deck and tile needed to be replaced. I have always been skeptical of the hype and assurances of contractors and in their representations. In my final decision I did select” Pool Doctor of Brevard” to do the job. Throughout the entire project I did experience a very professional attitude with perfect communication and performing excellent quality of work, it has truly exceeded my expectations. The pool area has turned out to be just showroom beautiful and I have received a considerable number of compliments from many of my friends, neighbors and associates. The owners of the Pool Doctor of Brevard have assembled an outstanding crew of skilled professionals whose work ethic and commitment to detail is something to behold. I am truly a VERY satisfied customer who does 100% recommend their company. Just a fantastic final result!

They do not follow up on problems, and do not return phone calls. If you do get the office they promise to come right out and meet you but never show up. Their work is good their customer service is not good! Would not recommend them.

Pool Doctor has been in business for 2 or 3 years. Before that it was Midwest Pool. Now it looks like he may go by Pool World. Had them build a pool & spa for me in 2006. Would not recommend them. The spa was plumbed incorrectly so it never worked properly. When I inquired about it the response was always "the parts are on order." They never fixed it. It took months to get the pool cover that was prepaid - HUGE mistake!!
Be careful dealing with this company. Do not give deposits or final payment until you have received
