    I highly Recommend PORFIRIO LEMUS bacause he is honest and sincere and would never cheat . He does excellent work by the book and building code no short cuts. He convert our garage into a beautiful ADU. Now we are enjoying it

    Where's my $200?

    The work he did looks solid. But he had zero communication with his receptionist, which made it difficult to schedule with him and he even did not show up once when she said he would and then came one time when she said he wasn't. Then he overcharged us by $200 from what was on the quote form, but did it sneakily so we didn't notice initially. When we called him out on it, he said our garage door had some extra sealing that was more expensive, but we had never asked for anything extra, simply what he had originally quoted us. He wrote us a check for $200 then asked that we not cash it for a week. We waited, and the check still bounced. I got in contact and was told to try again, and it bounced again. The receptionist told us she could send a money order but that was over two months ago and we haven't heard from them since, on top of which they are now ignoring all of our calls and emails. Do not use this contractor. He's nice, prices are great, but he cheated us out of $200 and was unreliable when it came to scheduling.

    i would strongly recommend this contractor to n e one who wants a job well done & in a timely fashion. very reasonable pricing, i will not let n e other contractor touch my house except for porfirio.
