They were twice as expensive as any other quote but the only ones that claimed they would work with insurance. (they did not)The work was delayed, it was done wrong the first time, they did not have it inspected, it had to be redone and through it all, they promised repeatedly that they would work with me because I was having trouble getting all of the money from insurance and my point person Diego told me that I did not need to worry about the contract stipulation that they would add 5% per month that the balance was not paid. He said as long as I kept in contact and gave him regular updates, it would be fine. They also used the hose, left the water running with a spray nozzle on it so I didn't know about it until it froze and busted the hose; and I ended up with a huge water bill because it was running and leaking into the ground for 3 weeks before I was notified by the city. They never told me about their intent to send me to collections. I paid a total of $16,000 in 2 months and had just paid the $2300 remaining when I received a collections letter from an attorney for an additional $694. Horrible drawn out experience. It took them 4 months to do an 8hr job and still had to do it twice.
