Our remodeling experience with Potter Construction was completely positive. He took time listening to what we wanted. He was willing to work with an interior designer to come up with the best plan possible. He presents his plans as computer generated simulated walk throughs so you get a great idea of how your completed project will look. He did multiple revision of our projects before we decided to proceed. The crews that he subcontracts are great. Very polite and also willing to listen to our ideas. After having many of them in our home for 6 of the last 12 months we felt like they were good friends. The work proceeded in a timely fashion and finished very close to projected time frame.
