Do not use unless you are supper rich and can afford to pay them lots so they do a good job. I notice that my soffit and fascia repair/replace was not listed in the permitted projects of 2015. I was on US Navy recall to active orders when they were trusted to do the repair. Upon the one time face to face with them, he acted and actually stated he would not have done the job but he felt since his wife was supposedly a Naval Officer he would..??.. Like I need pity. I did not hire Powers directly, they were doing the job for the actual contractor who was called to the other side of Florida when it was to be done. Now at 3 months out, I have a soffit board hanging that was never replaced and fascia boards showing that were never replaced. I just got off of active orders and now must find a way to finish the job they only did 75% of. Oh and it was $2800. In 2013 the same job was quoted at $1800. Supposedly materials went up ... $1,000..??.. If I had the time I would have done the job myself! Oh and yes I can do that kind work, I just do not have the time. US Navy Vet.
