Precise Home Solutions and Constructions House paint job terrible, the contractor does not do what he says he will in contract bid, does poor work, breaks things and damages other parts on your house causing you to repair and replace at your expense .Job is still not done .Does not clean up after himself. I've got paint chips laying on house roof and on lawn, in planters all around house . My two black water hoses have light beige paint on them as does my electrical extension cord he borrowed. I heard him tell his employee to just remove the ground prong on a 3 prong extension cord to plug into a 2 prong cord thinking it was his own...wrong it's mine. He used one of my short ladders the entire time he was on my job getting paint on it. Does not prep , mask or tape off parts not to be painted well . Knowing what I know now. I wouldn't let the guy or his employees work for me free at no charge .
