This company is a fraud. They entered into an agreement with me for a house addition in DC and at the last minute asked to sign the contract as Lodo Development. Precision Capital and Lodo Development are the same outfit, owned by brothers. Lodo Development does not even have a home improvement license in DC. They did shoddy work in my house and took prepayments that they are yet to pay back. Beware of working with them.
