Restoration and remodeling of kitchen
$60,000
120 days
Nightmare kitchen remodel
We hired Premier to do our kitchen restoration and upgrade after a major flood and insurance claim. They were recommended to us through our insurance company (USAA). Long story short, they were terrible. Weeks would go by without progress, with subs constantly calling in sick or double-booked. We ended up paying them top-dollar for below average work; close to 60k for a 100 square foot space, and it took over 5 months! The tile work, cabinet installations, paint and drywall were all sloppily done and we ended up having to go back and fix several issues. Our biggest mistake (after hiring them) was not firing them sooner. Avoid at all costs!
