We used Premier HomePro to renovate our basement in a very large DC row home in 2011. It was an very comprehensive project requiring structural engineering, an architect, the city government and the team from Premier HomePro. Alan Stevens was our main contact. We found him to be proficient, attentive and most of all, worthy of our hard earned dollars. Each step of the way he was on top of all of his men, the sub contractors and the city inspectors. At one point we found water in our basement which needed remediation. After uncovering this mess, we agreed to hire a soils engineer who found the problem and presented us with a solution. As it turns out, there is an underground river flowing right underneath our slab which was eroding our footings. His team corrected the problem, repaired our basement and finished it to a very high degree of finish. We were only a little over budget due to the water issue and we're very pleased that we found a contractor who was honest, loyal, competent and completed to 100% of our satisfaction.
Thanks for helping us. We are buying furniture now and our parents move in to the space in April when they arrive here from Ireland.
