I am sorry but this company is a rip off for maintaining your koi pond. They did a good job of cleaning out our pond the first time but charged a huge amount for plants,(too many for our pond size). Then we got an offer to prepare the pond for winter. (4 months after the first cleaning) The charge? If we pre-paid it was $850.00, to put up a net if we supplied the netting? $300.00. If they supplied the netting? $400.00. To "repot" the plants they just put down? $100.00 a plant.
So I cleaned the filters, bought the netting and put it in and cut back the plants. Cost....$8.50. Savings? $1500.00. RIP OFF.
