Contracted to do a job for an entire backyard landscape. The job was promised to be completed in 2 weeks. It has been a month and it has not been completed. Mr. Heth worked independently and has only showed up a few times for a couple of hours. Work that has been promised was not delivered and he continually asks for advances on the contracted draws. Now he is out of money and we have an incomplete backyard. So far we are at a loss of $1,845 and need to hire someone else to complete the job and provide the materials. We were mislead, lied to and stolen from and are extremely disappointed. BEWARE - BAD BUSINESS.

By Rick B.October 13, 2015install a cement pation and walkway$3,288Crooked contractor who steals your money
I employed William E Heth (Bill) to lay in concrete patio and walk way, He came that Tuesday, told me he could get it in by Saturday, money up front (My MIstake) and now he has run off with my $3288 and I had to hire another company to finish the job. over 90 days of excuses for a 30 day contract. Alas my money is gone and so is he. I am filing court document to sue him, but alas he is slippery as an eel, and has over 9 alias's. Stay away from him. I have taken him to court and he has failed to pay back the judgement as ordered. I am also waiting to hear from the state investigator Eduardo Rodriguez 909-890-2246 who is been assigned my case. If you are watching this blog I am Rick Bard my cell is 352-281-7362 I Live in Beaumont CA. Please contact me or even contact Mr. Rodriguez about your situation.

I contracted t his guy to repair my sprinkler system, that was damaged by a pool install.
He didn't do the work he said he would do, and took shortcuts to complete the job. He was supposed to install 2 x driplines and install the required pressure reducers. He did not install those, and I ended up with 1/4" firehoses. He was supposed to either repair or replace 10 x sprinkler heads, and he left those alone. One of the valves was broken, and rather than repair it, he left it alone.
I called him to ask him why he didn't install the pressure reducers or fix/replace the heads and valve, and he started yelling at me, telling me "I told you your contractor would damage the work I did, while continuing to work on the pool."
I tried to explain that none of the issues I had with his work, involved anything being "re-damaged" by the pool contractor, but he continued to yell.
I gave up, and called in another contractor to finish the work he didn't do.
$350 later, I'm taking him to the CSLB.
BTW, he'll want more than the 10% (max laid out by the CSLB), so be wary.
I would avoid this guy like the plague.

I contracted William "Bill" Heth for a backyard landscaping project and paid him a total amount of $6,170 for the following: an initial deposit of 10%, drains, landscape forms, and concrete.
He subcontracted a concrete provider who poured concrete in my backyard. A couple of days later he told me he did not pay the concrete provider since he had spent the entire $6,170 on personal expenses. I later received an impending lien notice on my house for $1,306, which I subsequently had to pay to maintain the integrity of my home.
Bill later told me he could no longer work nor complete the project because of an alleged injury(s), which ultimately breached our contract. The only part of the project he actually worked and completed was the drains. Bill refused to refund me my money; therefore, I filed a complaint against him with the CSLB. I also filed a complaint against him with his bond agency.
After a thorough investigation from the CSLB and Bill’s bond agency, I was refunded a large amount of my money and was told that Bill’s contractor license was suspended. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOKED CONTRACTOR!
