In late January, 2024, after a severe storm, we noticed rain water leaking down into our dining room. We immediately contacted Justen, owner of Pressler Properties & Construction, on a Sunday morning. He was the only company to respond to our emergency, after calling multiple companies. He literally dropped everything he was doing, and rushed out to our home to diagnose the cause of our leak. He quickly narrowed the problem down to the frontal part of our roof. More bad storms were inbound, and Justen was willing to schedule us for his crew to come out between storms to repair our leaking roof, which in anyone's book was just beyond the Call of Duty. Upon arriving at our home within 48 hours, his crew worked non stop to completely replace the under layer of at least 35 - 40 tiles, incidental to the repair, and the frontal board. His crew worked into the late evening until the job was done. The communication and responsiveness of Pressler was clearly above par. On the following day, the next storm was a doozy. A big thank-you to Justen and his crew! I would recommend them to anyone on our block, and plan on using them again in the future.
