All I have to say is I'm so happy that I found Preston. I had a quote from a larger plumbing company for my new construction home in gig harbor and it was in my opinion way over the top. I googled other plumbing companies and one of them that came up was Preston plumbing. I requested a bid and it was more along the lines that I was thinking. He was not cheap but he was affordable. The workmanship that he did when installing the plumbing was exceptional!!! I truly could not be happier!!!

Unprofessional and zero customer service skills.
Landlord called for him to be dispatched out and diagnose a leak in the plumbing.
I tried to schedule a date/time for a dispatch to investigate and resolve. He turns around asking me for photos of a job he has already taken. I explained that these could be provided, but id like to set a date/time. He proceeds to choose words which essentially tell me to f off.
If you want to hire a plumber who cares about providing good service and acts professionally do not call Preston Plumbing.
