After several days of not showing up when they said they would...actually several days over the course of several weeks, they finally showed up and performed the work. It was a terrible job. The roof flashing was sloppy, the window caulking was sloppy, and the flashing started coming off a week later. It's been 2 months of Tom Moretti constantly telling me someone will come and fix it. Same thing, nobody ever shows. Now he reads my messages and doesn't respond. I have to pay to have someone else come out and fix the mess. What a waste of money. He is inconsiderate, rude, dismissive, and I dont know how he is still in business.
