Horrible contractor. Our roof is a total replacement, no drip edge, torn and cut roofing, nail can be pulled out with finger, nail in wrong places, over hang into gutter only one inch, vents installed wrong. It keeps going on. Installed in October 2019 and when gutter guys came to install cutters in March the stated the roof was not at code. Our foundation also doesn't have enough vents, so poor ventilation in crawl space.
