It was 1 year of hell dealing with this company who had to jackhammer my floor tiles out every time they cracked or popped up in my brand new custom home in Paradise Valley. They would use random grout colors so new grout failed to match old grout, then they simply hired a company to paint my grout so it would all match. Their poor workmanship and failure to follow basic NTCA policies well known to most tile layers has caused a disaster of tile work in my house. It's been just over 2 years and my floor is still popping up, there are hollow spots throughout my entire 5000 square foot house which is simply a matter of time before they all start popping up, tiles are cracking and now my exterior tiles are falling off the wall. I had to order more tile from Italy, they damaged walls and doorways with the tile repairs. They stole our highend, expensive leftover grout, I can go on and on....These people should not be in business. They failed to follow proper techniques. Their poor workmanship was confirmed with the Arizona ROC and an independent grout company. My beautiful home in Paradise Valley is a disgrace due to their horrific quality of work.
