In less than one week's time after completion of the project, there were problems which continued to escalate within about one month's time: cracks, damages, accessories coming off the wall, door not closing, etc. Prism Enterprises promised to repair the damages, which were reported immediately. Several months later, we are still waiting for repairs to be done!!!! In addition, we were told an exhaust fan was vented to the outside. After inspection by our electrician, it was discovered the exhaust fan’s duct was not properly vented and was in a plastic bag. Apparently, Prism Enterprises has no ethical or moral integrity. It seems they make promises that they have no intention on keeping. Do not waste your time or money.
