They got the pool done but with a lot of delays. nice people but be prepared. They outsource almost everything so you are at the mercy of the subcontracts. I get told someone is coming to work on things and they never show up. Communication is poor. I've had a major issue with my heater. The gas Plumber don't have a meter so the gas pressure/volume was never checked at install. I was never told i needed to upgrade the gas meter. This damaged the heater and I've been trying to get it fixed for a year now. if you have other gas appliances you will need a meter that can support 600K - 800K BTU/hour I had to learn this the hard way. When I asked them about this I was told no customer has ever had to upgrade the meter.

WAITED FOR 6 MONTHS BEFORE FINALLY GIVING UP ON THIS MICKEY MOUSE OUTFIT AND IT COST ME $20K MORE WHEN I WENT BACK TO PRESTIGE POOLS- WHO IS A REAL POOL COMPANY...THIS PLACE HAS NO REVIEWS BECAUSE IT DOESN'T EXIST!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS GREASEBALL AND HIS SO-CALLED POOL COMPANY..THEY HAVE AND DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
