This was a very negative and stressful experience. Hired Ken Westmark to do some remodeling and rebuild a deck. He did not return phone calls once the job was started and did not arrive on days he said he would. He overcharged in many circumstances. Quality of workmanship was okay when a member of his crew did the work, but poor when he did it himself, especially on the deck rebuild. I will add that in the end, after much difficulty and time to get him to finish, the quality issues were resolved, but overall I regret having done business with him.

Do not hire this contractor. Contracted him to do a remodel and everything started off fine, but soon he refused to work with us and follow the process that was laid out in our contract. This was a very frustrating and stressful process.
