    Repairs to water damage and a number of improvements

    Pro.com was great in helping us with our project. We had initially started the project on our home with another contractor who was not reliable, and after that experience, we really wanted someone professional and consistent. Pro.com provided exactly that. They were great in communicating during the effort to get a quote (which went faster then I expected) which was important since several clarifications on the scope were needed. Construction started quickly, well within expectations, and they were great in communicating progress, making sure I was happy, and addressing the few minor concerns that came up. I always felt my concerns were listened to and addressed. Projects on our home have at times been high anxiety, and Pro did a great job of taking that anxiety away and making it a smooth process. I would definitely recommend them based on our experience.

    We would recommend Pro.com for many reasons.
    I would have rated them as average, except for the exceptional performance of their people – and specifically PM Eric Tharaldson, Consultant Brooke Archilla, and all-around-handy-man/craftsman Rob – they were outstanding. Eric had to pick up our project after the previous PM disappointed us all … and Eric did so with professionalism and customer focus, beyond our satisfaction. Brooke was our ‘liaison’, when we needed help to address the previous PMs poor performance. She influenced the right people to get involved and resolve the issues. She checked in with us on occasion, to be sure that we were having our concerns addressed.
    The vendors that they recommended for flooring, cabinets, counters, tile, oak stairs, and utilities were professional, high quality providers. The quality of the final installation by Pro.com is above our expectations and we are more than pleased with the finished project.
    To be fair, there were a few stumbles along the way to their success. Their accounting and administrative systems were in a transition to new processes/systems and that created a few frustrations initially. This improved as the project continued.
    The only other major issue was the poor performance by the painting subcontractor that was to do two coats of paint over the walls and ceilings. The lead painting person claimed that he had done two coats, when it was materially obvious that he had not done so. Eric resolved the issue and brought in a different painter to complete the woodwork, etc. and they did an excellent job.
    My father used to say, it’s not so much about how you run the race, it’s how you finish! By supporting their quality people, Pro.com finished with a positive success for us.

    I hired Pro.com to demolish and rebuild my two-car garage and rooftop deck. Early on, I had some concerns regarding the project management -- progress was moving slower than I anticipated. When I shared those concerns, I receive a response from the customer success team right away. Shortly after, I was assigned a new project manager, Telly Lambro, who quickly got the schedule back on track. I really appreciated his proactive communication and attention to detail throughout the project. It was clear that Telly and his subcontractors take pride in their work -- if there was an issue, he always followed up and made it right. Overall, I've been impressed with how Pro was able to listen to my feedback and improve. It's clear they're committed to delivering a quality experience.

    I worked with Pro.com on a large scale remodel for our home. They were timely, courteous, and always super-informative. They helped put together a plan with full designs and helped us understand what our vision would look like. The budget estimate they provided was also very detailed and helpful. In the end, we didn't move forward with the large scale project (for reasons outside of Pro), but our interactions with the company were positive.

    Custom Home Build project

    I worked with various members of the Pro.com team and all were great. We ended up reviewing bids from three companies; all were very competitive and it was a very tough decision but we ended up choosing one of those other companies. That said, the Pro.com Team had the best communication and were extremely professional. Although we did not go through the build process with them, I would still recommend working with Pro.com. After seeing one of their recently finished homes, I still worry if we made the wrong choice!

    I’ve now used Pro.com a few times and each time has been fantastic. I’ve had them out for small jobs (cleaning my gutters) and bigger jobs (installing new lighting in my kitchen, painting and repairing a bunch of window trim my dogs scratched up building and installing a new custom built-in cabinet). Every time the work has come out looking great. Their bid process is particularly great, most contractors won’t even give you ball park pricing over the phone but for 2 of the projects they were able to bid them via pictures. They stuck to their price (which was pretty reasonable) which saved me a bunch of hassle of having to take time off work to meet up with someone to do an estimate.

    Very happy overall and couldn’t recommend them more highly.
