Will not stand behind his warranty and workmanship. Will not return calls after multiple messages. Unprofessional installation of piping by not following codes. This was brought to the owners attention “Shawn” and he became very upset. Shawn came back to fix a few issues In the beginning but not everything that was pointed out to him. He had excuses why he was not going to fix the incorrect pipe by saying it would be ok. We now have multiple new problems with drainage, “builder grade” faucets and toilets. Shawn will now not respond. I would recommend to seek another reputable company instead of going roun and round with pro tech plumbing.
